    female age 59

    wearing -1.50 +0.50 x 90
    -1.25
    +1.50 add AF Pentax mini CR-39 Pd 33/31
    Duplicate RX pd, base curves ½ diopter difference very thing else the same
    because she went into a four point I put her into comfort Airwear

    She complains while wearingher eyewear everything finds but when when she takes them of her left eye feel like its pull in for a day and a half.

    Do not know of an Canadian supplier of the pentax in Canada. I maybe wrong but I Don’t thinks the design has anything to do with it any hints as what I should do

    Better check for horizontal prism. May have been in old and not new or vice versa.

    Use CR39, no need for poly on an Rx like this unless the frame is huge.

    Ditto the horizontal prism.

    Consider corridor inset differences between brands, if any?

    The pentax AF Mini is a long way away from the comfort airwear. The mini is a very short progression lens, with fairly harsh blending, the comfort is nothing like that. To get to the reading portion the patient will have to cover much more of the lens. As the patient is Aneisemotropic, this would not bode well. If you can't get the Mini, look at the Rodenstock PL2 XSYou have also changed to Poly, which might be causing a problem
