    Eyecom software program

    Hi everyone,

Does anyone else use Eye-Com Software? I'd like to hear your experiences with it. We are a new practice open since August 1, 2005. It seems to be a good program, but we sure are having bug problems with it. This "paperless" office thing is very scary. We haven't shredded much yet, too scared in case the program freezes or takes a dive. Thanks for any input.

I wonder what a bad program would feature, alligators?

This "paperless" office thing is very scary.

Paper sales are up 325% in the past ten years.

Is your Eye-Com software mission critical or do you run it in addition to your paper system? If you do not have a stable practice management software application then why don’t you bit the bullet, throw out the computers and concentrate on improving you traditional manual record keeping and accounting system.

Why did you purchase the Eye-Com software that you are “too scared in case the program freezes or takes a dive.” for use in your new office. I would think that there is enough to do without having to fart around with scary bugs that freeze and take dives. One consolation, you are not alone. The vast majority of office practice management systems operate at less than 50% of their advertized capabilities

    Eye-Com software program

I guess I should have made myself more clear. I don't own the practice, I work for the Doctor and his wife. They bought eye-com, quite frankly, I like paper and charts myself. Just wanted to know if anyone is using this program and whether or not they like it and do they use paper also. Thanks for your response, I agree with you!!

    Hi,

We’ve used Eyecom in our office since the late 1980's :D Although we haven’t used it to its full potential, it has worked extremely well for us all these years. I am hoping we change to its paperless system this coming 2006. PM me if you have any questions in particular. Or, better yet, when you have questions and call tech support, they have a great rep named Michelle who works for them!
