I would wash them daily with water and washing up liquid, and then dry them with a soft tissue. Dab the tisue, dont "scrub" with it, and definatally dont clean it dry
Soloution 30 is a very good cleaner, or, alternativley, Zeiss make thier own

Pentax make a excelelent cleaning cloth called a "pentax cloth" which can be washed, and lasts for ages, and is good for removing the odd fingerprint. Treat your lenses like the surface of a very posh car - wash it before polishing it!
Do the lenses have an AR coat? If so I would use a mild dishsoap without bleach or AR cleaner. Don't use Windex or any other household cleaner on them. Be careful with hairspray and other cleaners, they can harm the coating.
Dry with a anti reflective cleaning cloth, cotton cloth, or a Bounty paper towel.
Too much heat is also harmful, don't leave the glasses on your dashboard or next to a high heat source.
