    Confused PERFECT LAB OR close to it?

    what are some ideas that you would add ,if you could start your lab? machines {generator blocker}, computer software,,and EDGERS WITH DRILLING MOUNTING MAYBE EVEN DRY??????

    :hammer:would you make sure you have chilled water for the finer???oh yeh it only for a lab that gets 25 -75 jobs a day;)

    this system is probably perfect for the volume you described. The only caveat I have for you is concerning edgers that use integrated drilling mechanisms, which can be touchy and may require frequent re-calibration... my suggestion would to have a seperate drill stand if you're interested in doing them in-house.

    ...and yes, chilled water is my vote... but running a fresh water line isn't a bad idea, either.

    I have to disagree here, our Weco 450 (in my opinion) has yet to do a bad job, and has been hammered for the last 12 months.

    you are very lucky - the 450 in my experience is either spot on (like yours) or a bag of bolts which needs lots of attention

    The #1 and #2 question to ask is , how many people working th 25-75 jpd lab and how many of those are drill mounts?

    25-75 is a very broad average... so lets split it down the middle... 50 jpd?

    10% drill mounts? 15%?? 5-10 drill jobs a day?

    Not all drilling edgers are a bust.
