The presidency of G W Bush: never apologize, never explain, never accept responsibility. You can always tell when the right wing is feeling the heat, they drag out Clinton. Reminds me of when my kids were little, they were great for trying to shift attention to another kid's misbehavior to escape punishment for their own misdeeds. It didn't work with me then either.
