Does anybody have problems surfacing there mid-index product.
It seems to be a very brittle,we have problems achieving good
thickness with this lens. Any help or is this lens just junk?

Their Sunsensor 1.56 products are very brittle, we stopped doing these in rimless and deblock them in the reclaim tank.

We use a wax block system. This has to be one of the worst lens that I have had the
pleasure in using in the 20 years that I have been making glasses. Do you use there
product? If so what thickness do use on the mid-index? Thanks for the suggestions!!!

    Have you called Dac

Once had an issue with SA mid. index, aluminum pads were the culprit.

SA should be able to advise you on this issue.

    Post results
