I bought this hand held autorefrator about a year ago. I just started reusing it yesterday. I have recharged the battery overnight. It does not display the readings. What is its problem?

Does the SureSight give complete refraction results that are suitable for dispensing (ie Eyelogic), or is it just a hand-held autorefractor used in pre-testing?

We use it only as a pre-testing device. When we go to nursing homes it is sure handy.

The only thing that came with it is Quick reference guide.

I have charged the battery until I m blue in the face. It makes all the beeps according to plan but it does not give me a reading.

Does anyone have a suresight that they use in their offices?

I think this was bought through Lombards out of New York.

My main problem is finding out much information about it on the internet or through the company that distributed it.

Any help would be appreciated!!
