Dutch to create electronic dossiers on its citizens
The Dutch government will begin tracking every citizen from cradle to grave in a single database, opening a personal electronic dossier for every child at birth with health and family data, and eventually adding school and police records. The new database is scheduled to start on January 1, 2007.

How long will it be until our large optical corporations have records on all of us working in our industry?

Most of us are dealing with one or the other all of them sometimes or all the time.

Well the privacy laws are increasing, so while a company can obtain information it cannot trade it. However, we might want to start looking into offshore banking. I suggest Ireland or Switzerland.

The Swiss will charge you to take care of your money........so watch out.

Much easier way of having an offshore account is .............cross the border to the USA. Open an account in the closest branch under your Canadian address.
You will have to sign a paper every 2 years certifying that you are a non resident alien and you will have nothing to report to the US IRA.

So why go across the atlantic if can have the same thing right next door.

Most of the Swiss banks have an outlet in the Carribean......hurricanes have nothing to do with it. Banking is done electronically. Money is actually in Switzerland but on paper somewhere else.
