National Vision merges with Americas Best and goes private

National Vision got bought by a holding company and bought America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses for $88 Mil
They are now number 4 in retail stores. They bought up all the stock for $7.25 per share and are taking the company private.
Wonder how that fits into the Essilor and Lux. plans??
