Optical Software, a leading provider of software solutions (OMICS) to the optical manufacturing industry throughout North America is currently seeking a technical account rep in Dallas, Texas to service one of their key accounts.

You will act as the primary liaison between Optical Software’s sales, support and programming teams and the client’s lab operations staff to ensure that all client needs are being met and that the OMICS software is being used to its’ full potential.

In addition, you will make recommendations for enhancements to the OMICS software based upon client needs and industry trends and train new staff in the most effective use of the software.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a large wholesale optical lab and experience with lab management systems and how they interact with all aspects of lab operations as well as an excellent knowledge of inventory control procedures. Knowledge of DOS and Windows operating systems as well as Novell and NT networks is an asset.
