I was at my parents house for supper and was doing some work inside afterwards.
So I was in here and hear a loud screeetch and crash. I then hear my father. I look out the window and he is yelling at this guy that he has his licence plate number.
I run outside and my mother yells call the cops. I do.
I come outside and see my father and a neighbour holding the SOB down. He is cussing, yelling that he will get them, ect.
Now my house has a wood fence, on one side is the house, and on the other is a little boulvard that has grass. My mother was mowing the lawn on that side. The driver drove down towards her going extremely fast. He hit the curb to our house, the car spun, and he crashed. My father jumped in and grabbed his keys. He ran off, and my father and the neighbour wrestled him down.
The guy was driving a red corvette. He reeked of booze. The cops found a bag full of weed in his car.
He was arrested earlier in the week for DUI
Boy a lot of things went lucky.
- He is lucky that he did not hit my mother
- He is lucky that he did not hit children (it is 7:30, kids play)
- He is lucky that he did not hit my mother again, because I do not know what I would have done to him
- He is lucky that he did not flip, or he would have been dead, because he was in a convetable and had no seatbelt.
- He was lucky that my father got to him before I did.
