    Looks like it comes from SAFILO who is a good company, however I did not know they were into lenses..probably coming fro the far east.

    Safilo first entered the lens manufacturing business when the company was founded in 1878. The Tabacchi family took ownership of a lens and frame factory at that time. The frame business has clearly become the dominant business, however. At this time most (perhaps all ?) the lenses are for internal use with their frames. They currently own 54% of Lenti which is an Italian lens factory.
