It is by universal misunderstanding that all agree. For if, by ill luck, people understood each other, they would never agree.

    I use Windows 2000.
As far as I can see Win 2000 and XP are both built around the NT system and I cant see any reason to 'upgrade'.
I prefer to stay with an OS until drivers are a problem, it seems to be the newer OS's which are full of security holes and vulnerabilities.
I have tried Linux a couple of times but it gives me a headache.

Windows 2000 dual boot with Mandrake Linux. The Linux disto is old now, I haven't been able to spend the time learning it. We use Macs in the office running on a main UNIX server, enough to make my head spin.

I don't understand how come there is so many bug and security hole in the new version window. Even Microsoft release new version every year, someone still can find the hole and bug..

The #1 reason there is so many bugs and security holes is because MS has the largest user base. If a cracker wants to inflict the most amount of damage or rip the most people off they will do it on a MS box, not MAC or Linux. MS problem is they don't tackle these problems as quickly (if at all) as the open source community.
