Hi,
I've got a question concerning the Georgia State Application for Dispenser Apprenticeship.

I am in the process of filing this application so as to take advantage of my time working here towards taking my license.

When I got to the part of the application where I am supposed to discribe my "Written Plan of Instruction" in which they want me to detail the following areas of instruction.

Opthalmic Optics
Optical Laboratory Materials and Techniques
Eye Anatomy and Physiology
Laws and Regulations
Opthalmic Dispensing Theory and Application
Basic Contact Lens Theory.

They need the following things covered:

1. Subject:
2. List of Learning Outcomes/Objectives
3. Textbooks
4. List Topics of Instruction:
a. Description of each topic
b. Describe method(s) of instruction
c. List instructional and audio/visual materials
d. Describe method(s) of evaluation

While working here the past few years, most of the instruction has been hands-on under the supervision of the O.D. I have read several textbooks covering most of the areas, but I'm not sure how to put this into a format that would be correct for what GA requires.

If anyone has gone through this, or can give me some ideas of a curriculum to go by, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks.
