Call FRAMES! They sell subscriptions, and then the people that go to the trouble of compiling all the data actually get compensated for it. When yo subscribe, you help insure that they will be able to pubilsh it next year as well.

Subscriptions are there for a reason. Same reason we charge for eyewear. If we simply gave it away...we'd be out of business. Of course, I suppose we could always collect and re-distribute old glasses, here in the old USA. OOOPs, we do that but then that's for charitable purposes.
