    :) Okay, Rx OD -3.75 -0.50x065 Add+2.50
    OS Plano Add+2.50

    Pregressive Essilor Natural Poly...would the px accept this without?:hammer:

    Both eyes are providing good vision? Then asthenopia at a minimum, diplopia otherwise. Some history is needed, previous Rx and lens design for instance. Is the disparity in lens powers increasing or decreasing? If increasing there may be a fusion problem at distance as well as near. Let us know.
