Hi!
What do you use to polish poly? I remember a liquid chemical that was used at one time but can`t remember the name of it. Is it still available?
Thank you

you mean PC Edge Glaze?? it's still available, although I forget from whom you can attain it (I never used the stuff, since my edger and buffer work quite well for me). I think you can get it from Hilco or Grobet, but don't hold me to that.Originally Posted by optiman

OMS Edgit and Poly Edge Polish. Works great
Thanks For-Life, I need a plug once in a while, good for the morale.
Polycarbonate Edge Polish will do a super job in just a few seconds by wiping a soaked Q-tip over the edge. I will smoothen the edge and be dry in seconds. No more to it than that.
I attest to the Poly Edge from OMS as I have been using nothing but. It literally takes 5 seconds. Use a soft cloth and with one even motion around the lens, your done! Dries just as fast as it goes on. Thanks Chris.

heh... glorified nail polish :hammer: :D
guess I'm too old school (at least in that respect) for that stuff, as I'd rather hand polish... but, to each his own I suppose. :)
If you are old school.................you should remember the acetone to give a quick polish to a slightly sanded or scatched Zyl frame???????????Originally Posted by eromitlab
This stuff is doing the same thing to Poly...........so just continue using using your arm grease and rub away.
yep yep... I just had to sand off a tool mark someone left on a frame a few days ago, but I was just kiddin' anyhow about the glorified nail polish comment. :)Originally Posted by Chris Ryser
