Safety eyeware accounts

I was looking for advice. I'm thinking of starting to do some safety eyeware for local companys. Do any of you have experience with doing this? I can get compleate jobs(frame & rx lens) from a wholesale lab at a very good price. How have you guys/gals done this in the past, job at cost + dispensing fee or set a price and include the dispensing fee in that price? I'm thinking of doing this as a side-line. Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks

I worked for a Dr long time ago that had the plant (Unocal) have their own account for the eyewear and we did on site dispensing/consulting at 90.00/hr. Saw an employee every 10 minutes. He had other accounts locally, some that we were on site and some traditional (they came to the office). Always thought that $90/hr was real sweet!
