chm, I have quite a few accounts enrolled in this program and they seem to like it. The newer progressive designs (Precise and Concise) are good and seem to work well. I have a personal pet peeve about people using lenses for money-I think you should use it because it's good, not because you get something but sadly, the industry seems to be heading in the direction more and more. Some of my offices the Dr keeps it and some let their opticians have it. Some put the money back in to the practice (advertising etc) and some go shopping at the mall!

what you are talking about, but I get the jest (spelled correctly) of it.
A conversation at VEW brought up the same point. The vendor said, most buyers, OD's and MD dispensers, go directly to price and not patient/customer benefits.
Whether "Precise and Concise" are good PAL's (which they very well may be) is not the point. Personal profit is!
So much for professionalism!
