Can individual replacement trial lenses for a Trial Frame be purchased? We had someone swipe a pair of -.75's (spheres)?

Almost all (except J&J) furnish unlimited trial lenses to their legitimate accounts.
With J&J they limit things to 1/2 pr. per six-pk sold. Never mind that you may use 6 or more lenses per eye before getting the perfect fit or toric correction or bifocal result.

I think Hilco supplies them individually.
Or you could try Ebay. Seems like you can find any optical product on there, so why not trial lenses? ;)
(By the way, what would someone do with -0.75 lenses anyway?)
I think you can order them from Franel and maybe from Amcon.
I dunno, someone stole my laundry out of a dryer once too.

Why the heck:
would anyone want trial lenses?
would you be able to notice a pair of lenses were missing?
would you be concerned about replacing them?
would you not just order some more trials from your CL vendor?
Hey, trial lenses flow like water, here. I don't get it.
Chip and DRK we are talking about lenses for a trial frame here! Not contacts lenses
This was was of the most entertaining threads I've read in a long time!!
Now that I know the rules of the game, try Western Optical.
Also many optical labs have re-possessed or bought retiring O.D.'s goodies, sometimes you can find such toys amongst their souvenirs.
Once upon a time you could even buy empty rings for trial lenses and put your own (or have your lab) powers in them.
Chip:cheers:
Trial lenses are (bi-convex or bi-concave)flat lenses mounted in a nickel rim for use in trial frames (42 or 45 mm diameter) and are usually sold by any optical eye testing instrument supply company. Judy is right, Franel has them for sure.
