We easily do 10+ weekly. Have several attractive demos made up, show every patient. Will grow exponentially over time.

Why bother? Not worth time in exam chair, dispensing or servicing
I recently acquired one of these in terrific condition with one exception, the power drum slide tension is too loose.
I seem to remember having a similar problem with one years ago and it being a...
can't help but don't be hard on the tech, after 5 years the inserts are almost impossible not to snap upon re-glazing
"small" 2 store practices do not have a lab bill of 400K. Was that a typo?
A digital surfacing lab is pointless without AR capabilities. You are selling the patients the value of free form designs...
Not really answering your question but I would invest in automation on the surfacing side first. Much quicker ROI but higher upfront investment of course.
Actually I'm noting every frame he tries on and re-marking them up triple the price!!!
Craig,
Can you share the name and source of the above mentioned AR coating?
Thanks
Anybody have a kate spade Florence in horn green noel 53? Will trade for current model or buy outright
Actually UV protective AR's are designed to allow the UV to pass through to the lens substrate to be absorbed rather than being reflected back into the eye which lens manufacturers are fond of...
Dr. Stacy,
Thanks for the video. One question, in the AR test lens on the right, did you use one of the newer UV protective AR's like Avance' UV or just a standard AR coated lens?
Thinking about adding this in house since I have the edger for it. Not real happy that they are in direct competition especially considering their consumable prices have quite the markup.
Have...
Santinelli deserves to be on your radar. The Lex system with drill is a fantastic unit
Ok, so I'm going back and forth with VSP over this and I don't remember this being an issue last year. I have several signature plan authorizations from 2014 that used this benefit to purchase...
Just heard an unconfirmed rumor that prodesign and face a face are merging. Any other whispers out there?
I use a good pair of cuticle snippers to cut the back of the bushing off. Replace them often as hitting the metal posts dulls them quickly
Well maintained and fully operational Santinelli LE 8080. This edger was in production up until a few weeks ago and works well. Bearings squeal a little and the wheels are fairly worn but would work...
take a look in the optical marketplace. A poster named wild bill is selling for $50/lb.
precisionlab's response is the correct one, but why in the world would you use this lens for the RX?
I don't think anyone can convince me this was in the patient's best interest.
sounds like a prematex wipe from CCP industries

My guess is that reduction of outside sales for Viva since HVHC's acquistion has reached the point of marginal profitablity.
I wonder what other frame company that is affiliated with retail...
Craig, What is the part/model number of this new roughing wheel, and is it available for older santinellis as well?
My vote would be for the Santinelli, currently have 2, one is 10 years old and the other will be 20 next year. Would kinda like one to die so I can buy a new toy.
would you happen to have a link to these findings?
