I don`t use 60mm poly lenses. To be honest, we don`t do a huge amount of them and for the powers required, a 65mm does the job just fine, otherwise we just order an Airwear precaled from Essilor.

With any of the Essilor machines, you really should`nt need to calibrate it unless something starts to go strange. If its a sizing problem, then dress the wheels or change it in the size settings.
Why pay someone to nose through your data when you can just print it up and leave it on a bench somewhere!!:idea:
