These ins co are "stealing" ECP's revenue left and right.
This week I got 2 jobs back from different insurance run labs. Both have something quite wrong.
The job sent to Davis Vision lab came back with wrong lens shapes. These lenses were forced into...

Even though I have not done any research, but I think you need to think "what PALs are available with this HIGH cyl?" I really doubt you have too many choices!
Thank you very much. That's must be it!
(somehow, this link does not work for me. Under VSP, there are no PAL lens listed there.
Can anyone give some idea what is this PAL lens and the specs?

Turn the polarized...
found that US Optical (one of the Seiko labs) has "174 transition gray with Zeiss AR" available on their stock lenses list.
So, there are some "licensing" issues involved. Probably Seiko is the only one willing to pay for the license in the US market on 1.74 material.
Thanks my friend (oh, does that means Google or Fezz:wink:)!!
The 2nd link (http://union-optic.com/page/default....6&la=1&ctID=47) takes me to Europe (Germany?).
Now, I only need to find if my...
Just wondering why the highest index of transition/photochromatic lenses is still 1.67?
Limitation is on technical issue(s) or "political" issue(s)?
If they are available in 1.70 or 1.74,...
I don't know where to get them either. But you can try calling Ice Tech 1-888-ICE-TECH. They make their own brand of lenses. Maybe they can special order for you or get you some pointers.
it is available online (if you don't mind the cost)! just a suggestion.
from reading of the links, it seems like a (1.60 + trivex) with 41 Abbe; or a better poly in short
