I can't believe I just wasted close to an hour of my time watching all 4 parts of her story. I can't believe any decent optician would give her such an enormous frame! It's just dreadful!
You could try some of the Lindberg ranges. We do really well with their strip and rim collections and n.o.w. is really interesting and funky. We sell them around AUD$700 and our customers love them....
If you have any other questions, just shoot me a message :)
Hi Chris,
Are you doing their floor plan? We do a few of their brands on floor plan and the vertical integration through Optomate Online works well. Our practice does particularly well with Etnia,...
My interactions with MJ have been overwhelmingly positive. Our rep is fantastic and the company itself has bent over backwards to assist us and our patients. Might be an Australian thing though... ;)
I love, love, love Lindberg! We give our patients a 3 year warranty on them and I've not had a failure like other rimless with the plugs. There are 3 different bridge styles, each in several sizes...
Am I the only one who thinks there's a certain amount of theatricality in using one of these machines? Our practice has a Hoya True Sight machine, before that we had a Visioffice and I will happily...

Do you guys have the iD series of lenses over there? We have Lifestyle V+, Classic, MyStyle and of course, Workstyle. The other day I was speaking with our Hoya rep who mentioned that Hoya's about to...
I like the tact too - over here we call it Desk though - and the iD Workstyle for the more premium option. I really like the Diamond Finish Blue Control too - our patients love it and a few of them...
In Australia Sauflon is very closely aligned with Specsavers. They originally distributed to everyone but after a few months they signed an exclusive contract with Specsavers and ditched the...
I don't post much, but I check regularly and I'm from Australia!
Is this the same idea as Nikon's SeeCoat Blue? We've sold a few pairs, but the ex Japan 10 working day turnaround has killed it a bit for us.
Lindberg!
I would say that here, in Australia, the most commonly used material would be CR39. Most practices I have worked at shy away from using poly at all. I know that of the chains only OPSM - very similar...
I saw Al Cleinman and his cohort speak at a Hoya conference last month when they were travelling around Australia. They were fantastic. My boss and I both learnt a lot and left with more than a few...
IC! Berlin, Lindberg or even Barton Perreira?
