I contacted the frame manufacturers said most of the labs just drill the hole themselves. I wouldn't want to do this without properly knowing how. Are there any other solutions other than drilling? ...

I have only noticed it on Poly with AR so far.. I use the AR poly setting on the 6e, maybe I need to make some changes to the chuck pressure.

Okay, thank you I will try that. So push the bevel all the way front, above and below the OC and push it back nasally and temporally. Now the problem lies with getting a good trace.

I think one of my main problems lies in the tracing, the A size doesn't seem to match very well
