    +10.00 with a pd of 66 would have to be blocked out at a 42 to induce 24 diopters OU. Not safe or legal.

    Lets say we have a patient that has +3.00 OU (example). Pd of 64 OU. If fit at 58 that will induce roughly 2.00 diopters of prism. But in brain injury patients or stroke (not necessarily convergence)...
