I am sure the patients appreciate the thorough exam. More patients would appreciate a thorough exam, than the feeling of being "herded."

Worry not! :D

I have also found that putting patients into the same PAL that they were in before also helps. If you need to change the PAL, make sure it has the same perameters (example: 4 or 2 mm fitting cross)...
