We use Hi Vision, Super Hi Vision, and Crizal whenever possible. There are a number of lenses where these index matching AR coatings are unavailable. In those cases we use Zeiss coatings.

The problem is deffinately caused by a chemical mixture issue. Either try balancing the levels or go through the wonderful process of refilling and recycling the chem unit.
