i think that minus cylinders are more comfortable for the eyes , cuz as u know... minus lens make the image look smaller.. which then doesn't take much space from the "Visual Field" ... but plus lens...

its easy....... above the lenses there are small arrows.. u click for more or less power.. then u click on the lens itself to place on the eye and start examining

I think u should ask ur eye when it will stop growing( j/k)... cuz as long as ur eye is growing.. the more the axial length will grow... and the more u become a high myope
