Auto 3 does use POW measurements. Shamir requests vertex, wrap and tilt.
It's nice to see someone get it right, as far as digital vs. freeform. Freeform is a process. Digital lenses can still be molded, and the molds can also be produced digitally. As far as split add...
It's really accurate as well. Just gotta watch head position since there is no chin cup.
No apologies needed...you are right on the mark.
If you are familiar with my posts, I have always been a supporter of Izon. I meant no negativity to anyone at all. I simply stated what I had heard. My apologies if I offended you. I wish them...
Just heard Ophthonix laid off 20% of the workforce and cut salaries by 10% for everyone else. Heard the VP is running the company into the ground. I have historically been a supporter, but this is...
Clearly, it's a love/hate relationship. There is no middle ground here. Somebody must be loving them....they have a new contract with Vision Source and I've heard rumors that there is a contract...
These lenses are fully guaranteed. I'm not sure where you got that they weren't. 60 day non-adapt, 120 day doctors change, and 2 year scratch replacement. Did you hold onto the lenses too long...
This is a completely different issue. This has nothing to do with the release of information about an individual between two medical practices. As ar as I know, this rule applies so that patients...
Hippa regulations do not apply to spectacle prescriptions!
Tell the SOB that didn't give the patient one at time of Rx the fine is ten grand, per. incidence.

I'm confused by this. I may not need to give a person an RX for a prosthetic leg, but I certainly have to give an optician an Rx for glasses or contacts.
This may be in a gray area for which...
I know it is a bummer, but I think that HIPPA regulations apply to any and all personal health information, which would include eye exam information. Would these office happen to be Ophthalmology...

the Izonik material has been reformulated to a much more clear color. I have had a pair for 2 years now and there has been no changing of the color AT ALL. The newest ones are virtually clear. ...
120 day doctors change warranty. 60 day patient non-adapt and 2 year, one replacement on A/R and scratch coats. Manufacturer defects covered indefinitly.
I have mapped it before in someone elses office and it was beautiful. It blew the Varilux that we mapped out of the water. I don't remember the machine that we used to map it. Sorry.
Thanks!!! I got tired of all the negativity here so I quit reading for a while. All I know is I am having raving success with Izon lenses day after day after day.....I feel bad that 3 or 4 people...
That is not accurate, any part of the RX can be modified. We did thoousands of test on folks and the majority had to have the Dr. change the findings of the machine. The machine is an autorefractor...
I refuse to wase my time responding to you any longer, Craig. I don't want to be rude so I'll just not say anything. You could take note of that as well.
Here is what I got from my rep: It makes much more sense. The Z-View takes a wavefront reading as well as low order. That information is translated into an aberrated point spread function. Ther...
I also had a patient that said his post op cataract surg. was so good, he had x-ray vision now. He would just look at you and grin. (kind of a dirty old man grin.)
