what in calriders post makes it so obvious to you that they work at LC. A quick look at his/her posts and you would have found out that he/she works for a Doctor and not LC...

Why? She is not acting as her daughter wanting an Rx to take to an optician to fill, she is acting as her mothers optician and the Rx should be released without going through 20 hoops to get it....
