We use the rosenstock xs and love it and have fit as low as 14 with an add bump . 16 is our standard here. We also have patients with very tricky rxs here so these are not very tolerant...

Keep In mind if this is a bifocal patient that sometimes monoccular patients will not converge as much so don't use the standard 3 split.
