Considering this is a brand new edger I'll wait a few years to upgrade the wheel. Been told doubling up on the front and back with AR pads and increasing the chuck pressure should resolve the issues...

I've sent the lenses back as defective so I don't have photos of the lenses or packaging. I'll get some when they replace the lenses.
They were uncuts so maybe they swapped materials without...

Nope used Trivex setting and soft Mode, It happened on my old 9000SX (which is why we stopped edging Trivex in house) and just upgraded to an LE1000.
Just upgraded to a new edger and on my first Trivex job the same thing happened as with my older Edger:

So that's where I am at, do I want a Refurbed model with additional bells and whistle from a reputable company or a brand new 'basic' in house edger that I am less familiar with.

How do you do this? My 9000SX has never cut Trrivex well and sometimes doesn't resize POLY well as the original post stated.
