Thank you for the replies. I called Karen at Optical Source here in CT. She hooked me up!
I may be looking for a new supplier for medium sized clamshell cases. Ron's Optical is great, but they're on the West Coast and I'm in CT. The shipping is killing us, so does anyone know of somewhere...
I wrap a piece of scotch tape around the area to hold it secure while the shrink wrap shrinks.
You can't be all things to all people, but you can be some things to most people. We have a "Value Package" because getting 99 bucks is better than getting 0 bucks.
I love the Chemistrie clips. I don't have a finishing lab here, so they all get made at the lab, it really depends on the skill of who's making them. I enjoy selling them to really high plus patients...
Just order from Encore and you'll hardly ever have these problems! :D
John, can you do one with the proper application of lensometer dots? Seriously, though, great videos!

You can't beat Encore for the quality of their finish work and their customer service. Their toll free number is 866-833-2020.

Good to know, thanks!

We warranty our frame and lenses for 1 year, one time replacement. Patients know this up front. Also, we added an additional $10 onto our frames just to cover the cost of shipping.
+1
Don't mean to be a Negative Nancy, but it may void frame warranties from the manufacturer.
Marchon Nike, if you swing that way.
I worked for a summer back in the 90's in upstate New York at a place that used salt. Guy there used to dip his french fries in it and laughed as all of us would run away screaming.
I'm on there, but totally creeped out! On the plus side, I found someone I lost contact with and Facebook-stalked her. (She uses a different name) So, yay for old friends, right?
