Help me with the procedures to incorporate my frame manufacturing business

I run a small children's glass frame manufacturing company in Ontario. It has been 3 years and we have good market.
Our next step is to incorporate the business. Currently, it is in partnership. We plan on expanding the business and are in preparation for the transition. I read that we must have NUANS report which is 90 days old over here ( https://www.ontariobusinesscentral.c...iness-ontario/ ) for incorporating the business. I didn't catch it. What is "NUANS" report and how can I acquire it?
Usually, it's my partner who checks these stuffs but apparently he is our of town at the moment. If anyone here knows about it, please share and help me.

Get a Canadian charter, not a Provincial one and you can move the business anywhere in Canada.

Seeing a corporation lawyer is a must.

Thanks for the advice Chris Ryser. I searched about Nuans report and found that it is a list of existing corporate and business names, as well as trademarks.
