typical values for fixation differences

Hi i would like to find out what the typical range of fixation differences between the dominant and non-dominant eyes are in well sighted people. in prism dioptres or degrees.
for example my own non dominant left eye views approximately 40 mm to the right of my dominant right eye when i look at a target on a screen 1 metre away. thats just over 2 degrees. If someone can provide the range of values (+, - average) or point to an article about this i would appreciate it. Many thanks in advance.
