It is approaching six years since we lost Liz and the amount of time does not lessen the profound loss or pain we feel every day. Today CNN published an article about the number of people we lose every tear due to lack of proper healthcare. Liz is one of the ones they profiled.

After suffering through what passes for 'news' over the last few weeks I can't help but wonder when we passed into the Land of Oz?
Democrats have no courage, Republicans have no heart and it doesn't appear that either have any brains.

Those of you who have been around for a while know that Marlena and I lost our daughter Liz four years ago. This Friday would have been her 30th birthday and that is also four years to the day that the Doctors told us she was lost and gone for good.
