Biography:

Born in Vancouver (TY Mom &Dad); could count to 10 in French before I could in English (Montreal) (shudder...); first schooled in the British system (Hong Kong); grew up in New Jersey (go Yankees!); moved to Calgary (the first time) in '81; spent a year in Metro-Vancouver (finished scouts, joined cadets); moved back to Calgary (finished high school); became fluent in Mandarin (in Taipei); spent some time in Virginia, (beautiful); back to Calgary (started my career in the optical industry, but that was 21 years ago now); went to Edmonton (with the intent of staying 2 years until my girlfriend was done post secondary); girlfriend became my wife (& 2 years became 13- longest I've lived anywhere); back to Calgary, 2011 (all good).In a nutshell :-}
