Does anyone have the same problem with Zeiss company as I do. It first started with their purchasing Northeast lens Corp and making their lab into a disgrace. Next was my Eye terminal. Since I received it about four years ago I became a test for the machine rather then a customer. Since that time they have had exactly one update. When I complained to the company I received almost no help and am still waiting to have someone come and explain why the device is so inacurate. Has anyone elso been successful with the terminal?
