Barry, I can not find the thread now so not sure if it was deleted. But anyway maybe I am having a blond moment but I do not recall naming walman in my post. I do not feel the post was off at all. I was simply saying that I have had issuses with this lab. I can understand a few mistakes but these mistakes are happening often! My pts depend on me to get them their glasses in a timely manor! It is a reflection on our practice if these jobs are not done properly and have to be sent back, a pt doesnt understand why their glasses are not ready just that they are not here when they should be! The problem appears to be happening when the jobs are inspected someone is not catching the mistakes before they leave the lab. I would like to know if it is one person in paticular that checks the jobs for our account or if it is a wide spread problem. So too some up my rant I was mearly asking if any one knew of any other VSP labs in Wisconsin that we could use. jamie
