Switched a pt from an IOT design (balanced) to Comfortmax due to insurance and my pt is not happy with the design change. Rx is 1/4 diop stronger add but the complaint is that old glasses are better....
In addition to the ST28 Hoya IQ that Robert references, consider a freeform bifocal such as IOT Endless Bifocal (round seg available in two sizes) or Shamir Duo.
I would really appreciate a list of labs! I work in an independent office, the OD here has the same Rx as me (give or take .25) and I let him take a look at these, he was also impressed!
