Wow! It looks like Toyota spent so much time and effort trying to make their cars go farther on less fuel, that they forgot to worry about making them stop! Oh, well...small price to pay for fuel efficiency!;)

I just had our Avalon serviced and the recalls taken care of. They let me take a Prius loaner for the day. I was not at all impressed. I know how it gets its reported high fuel economy. Its got a lawn mower engine.
Starting to look like all the reports are media-fueled hysteria by people with reality-show TV stars in their eyes. Believe about 10% of what you see on TV.
Now the federal gov't. (aka: General Motors) is about to levy the largest fine ever against an automobile manufacturer. Wouldn't it be nice if we could "fine" our competition when they started to outsell us?
