Posting Question

Mullo and I are having the same problem in the avatar thread. Remember when it used to tell you you had posted too soon? Now it replaces the post you did last with the new post.

I will post an avatar, wait a minute and post again and I get the new post, but the old one is gone. I watch my clock and wait the full minute, but it is replaced.

Do you have any idea how to prevent this?

Not really. And I've never heard of this specific problem before. (I do Tech Support for vBulletin.)

I've changed the time limit between posts to 30 seconds. Maybe that will help.

I had the same problem when I first started with images! I found if you went straight to reply after a post it would replace it even if you wait 10 minutes.

I think the 30 seconds helps!

Maybe your images are taking longer to upload?

It has been better since last night.....but had the same problem even if I logged off, cleared cookies and reposted....which takes longer than 1 minute......Oh well....works now!!
