Michael,
SWODA, now no longer active, had you for at least 2 of our annual meetings. You were great. Your knowledge of everyday optical problem solving is remarkable.

The association would meet in Dallas, TX. I believe '98 was the last time you led a seminar for us.

Best regards,
Don

What about 2 thumbs up??
North Carolina Opticians Association has enjoyed the pleasure of Mr. Disanto's lectures for several years. Very educational, energetic and entertaining. A credit to the Optical profession. People leave his lectures enthused, rejuvinated and asking when he will return. Keep up the good work Mike!

I just came back from a VSP/Essilor sponsored seminar on "High Definition Dispensing"

Very Entertaining! While I was hoping to delve into the "nitty gritty" the basic overview of optics, proper measurement taking, adjusting, and terminology was humorous and worth it.

He has a gift of interweaving entertaining anecdotes with technical information to make the main point stick. Audience members get information they need in a manner that makes it painless, and actually enjoyable.

The other 2 associates (who certainly aren't as geeky as I) from my office also thoroughly enjoyed and was happy I dragged them to this event.

If you are wanting to communicate call me at 330 714 4102 or directly at lensmike@aol.com.

I find that negotiating the optiboard mechanics is too awkward for me to be responsive in real time. ( Translation -- I for get my password always and by the time I go through the nonsense of resetting I'm too frazzled to respond. )
