Progressuve lens casting

How does one verify or know if a progressive lens is done in an in
office lens cast? I know that all progressive lens have marking on them to indicate who made them, but do inoffice lens have some type of imprint mark on them to indicate this?

I was one of the businesses that were burned by the johnson&johnson innotech systems. the molds for the casts did leave progressive markings on the lenses. I've avoided any of the new casting equipment, but I'm sure they would also have identifing marks just so you could be able to lay them out for edging.

Markings should be visible when checking the mould surfaces

The Optical Dynamics lenses have a tiny "ODC" under one of the line up circles.

I saw one today.

the innotech marking was M1 - Merlin was actually a well tolerated product when we sold it though 76mm blanks mean't weren't the best looking in any hyperopic rx above +2.00 If anyone is interested I have about 1200 base lens and molds for varifocal, bifocal D28 and R24 and for single vision
