ESSILOR TO INTRODUCE EXPANDED VERSION OF
NEXT GENERATION TRANSITIONS® FINISHED SINGLE VISION GRAY
DALLAS - (October 16, 2002) – Effective November 1, Essilor Lenses will extend the product range of its successful 1.50 index, Next Generation Transitions® Finished Single Vision Gray (+2.00D to –2.00D) to accommodate +4.00D to –4.00D range out to cylinder –2.00. The new range completes Essilor’s Next Generation Transitions® finished single vision offerings and joins other Next Generation Transitions®’ 1.50 lenses introduced earlier this year in Varilux® Comfort and Varilux® Panamic®, other Essilor Progressives (including Essilor Natural®, Adaptar® and Ovation™), SF Single Vision and ST Bifocal. All are available with Essilor’s Crizal®, the industry’s premier and most recommended anti-reflective lens.
