ZEISS EXPANDS MARKETING TEAM
Dennon joins as advertising and public relations coordinator
CHESTER, Va., – Carl Zeiss Optical, Inc. today announces the recent staff addition of Maureen Dennon as advertising and public relations coordinator. In this role, Dennon will primarily be responsible for the creation and implementation of a full-scale public relations program designed to promote the company's premium lenses, coatings and production systems. In addition, she will will be in charge of the company's advertising efforts, organization of educational programs with optometry and opticianry schools, provide tradeshow support and assist with various marketing promotions.
Dennon comes to Zeiss from Tattar Cutler---DBC Public Relations, Horsham, Pa., where she served as account manager. During her agency career, she managed public relations campaigns for several prestigious accounts including the Philadelphia International Auto Show, Philadelphia Antiques Show, GMAC Commercial Mortgage, Philadelphia Suburban Corporation, Spencer Gifts and the Drug Information Association (DIA).
Dennon holds a bachelor's degree in journalism with a concentration in public relations from Temple University, Philadelphia. Originally from Folsom, Pa., she currently resides in Richmond.
