TRANSITIONS OPTICAL NAMES SAMANTHA PLATT CHANNEL MARKETING MANAGER FOR NORTH AMERICA
LAS VEGAS, Sept. 19, 2002 – Samantha Platt has joined Transitions Optical, Inc. as Channel Marketing Manager for North America. In this new role, Platt will be instrumental in the alignment and synergy of marketing programs and communications serving Transitions’ channel partners and customers.

“I’m thrilled to be joining Transitions, which already has so many meaningful programs in place to support its channel partners,” said Platt. “I look forward to working as part of the Transitions marketing team to promote continued consistency and excellence within these areas.”

Platt joins Transitions from Kellogg’s/Keebler Company where she was responsible for advertising, sell-in and promotional programs, analyzing market trends and conducting business reviews. Platt holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of South Florida in Business Administration – Marketing and Economics.
