I think the OAA also has an online list of available speakers. I think their website is www.opticians.org.

I am a CE and ABO licensed continuing ed speaker in California. I don't know what area you are looking for but you can contact the board in your state and they will probably help you. If you are looking for speakers that travel I certainly do. It is a more costly way to find speakers for your CE functions. If I can help any more please feel free to contact me.
