Bulbs needed

Looking for

1) Burton 2040 keratometer bulb(s)... looks about 3" round, and about 1/2" in diameter fluorescent, with 4-prong connector. I am looking for at least 2 or 3 of them.

2) Essilor Posicentron layout instrument... can't read the bulb's numbers but it's the one about 1/3 length of a hot dog, and has same diameter as a hotdog... 2-solders at edge of metal base, with 2 pins at same height near botton of base.

Any assistance much appreciated.

I was able to find a good source for the Burton 2040 Keratometer fluorsecent bulb, but the Essilor Posicentron bulb remains a problem.
